CTextButton
The CTextButton can be thought of as a single button in a CSegmentButton control. The two objects share a nearly identical set of attributes including text, background and frame colors, frame width and rounded rectangle dimensions. Likewise, the CTextButton can be highly customized with graphics and icons. The only important attributes that are different from the CSegmentButton are:

• kick-style: when checked, the button is a momentary type and when not checked, it is an on-off button
• title: the text to display on the button surface
